ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE
RESOURCE SAVING TECHNOLOGIES OF
TANK CAR BOILERS SURFACES TREATMENT
(CLEANING, WASHING, PROTECTION)

The proposed by “CTG” modern washing-recirculation technologies (European patent ЕР No. 1389229 and RF patent No. 2200637) for contaminated surfaces cleaning are implicit alternative to traditional resource-intensive washing-steaming technologies.
It is necessary to emphasize that there are no analogs to such compact and light tank car boilers surfaces treatment systems in the world. Alternative proposals are focused on high recourse consumption and complex systems of water purification, what is paid back only by creation of washing-steaming complexes with daily capacity of several hundred tank cars. However the possibilities of “CTG”’s proposals to ensure significant profitability even in case of low daily capacity equal to few tank cars, make it very attractive, in particular, for completing of car repair plants, railroad car shed, etc. Moreover in order to perform minimum on-site installation works and to provide with possibility for mobile transportation to another place, there again, with the minimum expenditures, all basic systems participating in the technological process are compactly arranged inside the 20-foot container, called “washing module”.

In the meantime “CTG” specialists are repeatedly faced with the task to provide independent operation of washing equipment, what is required in case of non-availability on-site of separate type of energy resources or need for application of the washing equipment in the “field”.  

This problem is also successfully solved. In this case, the equipment providing the “washing module” with necessary energy resources is placed in another, the same 20-foot container, where auxiliary equipment is arranged, what ensures engineering process, including technological cap, washing machine, bottom unloading device, necessary pipes and hoses systems, frameworks, etc Such construction makes it possible to transport the “module of auxiliary equipment” on the same platform, as “washing module”, and if necessary, to work directly “just-in-time” and in the “field”. Furthermore, “ auxiliary equipment module” completion with special devices (gun carriages, tripods derricks, local heaters, high-pressure pumps, pumping sleeves, etc) may considerably extent the range of possibilities the complex designed by “CTG”. In order to ensure the maximum “independence” the complex may be equipped with second vehicle or railroad platform where two 20-foot containers acting as capacitive heated modules intended for water and diesel fuel, as well as petroleum waste and petroleum sludge storage are placed. 

Welfare spaces are frequently non-available on-site. For this case the possibility of installation on the roof of so called “welfare module” “auxiliary equipment module” intended to ensure the personnel with the necessary social-welfare conditions is provided.
