he range of the latest ensuring life safety ''CTG'' projects in the field of non-destructive testing includes:
- search control system (SCS);
- “intelligent” control hammer (ICH);
- laser diagnostic system (LDS);
- complex of acoustic diagnosis (CAD).
Visual and instrumental testing methods are currently used to conduct a non-destructive testing of molded and forged pieces, welded joints, etc. Endoscopic method can be referred to as visual, and vibrodiagnostic, radiation, supersonic and free oscillation techniques can be referred to as the main instrumental testing methods. Free oscillation technique, which we adopted as basic, has a whole number of absolute advantages. These include minimum operating costs and the possibility to use it in the complicated configuration objects made of materials with different physical properties. And the method high sensitivity allows not only to detect practically all defects present in the object of control regardless of their type and spatial orientation, but also fix structural changes, thereby predicting possible appearance of defects in the object of control material, that later can lead to serious accidents. If there are any defects in the diagnosable item there will always be alterations in amplitude and phase correlations of dying oscillations. They can be extremely small, but they do occur for sure and they will undoubtedly be detected by appropriate ''CTG'' equipment. Using this method you do not need to apply an immersion layer, which is a costly and laborious and often technologically impossible operation preparing item surface for the conduction of testing. Equipment designed by ''CTG'' does not harm the environment and does not have an unfavourable effect upon people and, thereafter, does not require the use of costly protective structures, as, for example, X-ray equipment.
In general, the equipment suggested by ''CTG'' also consists of specially designed ultra wide band laser transducers of acoustic signals of noncontact operating principal, as well as dry pin contact. They possess high sensitivity which allows to pick up “correct” signal from the object of control without distortion and omission of data. They also make full use of the advantages of the free oscillation technique, which is not always possible while using widely available sensors of other types, for example piezosensors. Excitation of free dying oscillation in the object of control is made by the electromagnetic hammer starting on high-stable impulse generator controlled by computer. It is important to note that in order to get the greatest repetition of acoustic signals the surface form of the striking part was specially optimized.
To process the data received in the process of testing complex analysis with a complex mathematical treatment is used as it has much greater capabilities, because unlike classical spectral analysis, which we employ in our programs only as an auxiliary one, it allows to process the data in an automatic mode, remove the human factor, arrange records management and create an electronic database of diagnosable items.
Simplicity and availability of operation, the possibility of use in the upgrade frame in already existing areas of control with their production accessories, minimum operating costs, as well as high degree of defects detectability make the use of suggested ''CTG'' equipment efficient from technical, as well as economic point of view.

For the period from 13.02. on 17.02.2012, the plan was implemented SMTP delivery "O-BIS," SMTP "O-BISM" our partners in the city of Saratov, Alexandrov (Vladimirskaya oblast).
In car repair depot "Bolotnaya" continued tested set of "SCS". The complex was put out by our company JSC "VRK-3" and is used to analyze the chinese casting.
