The fundamental idea of blind drainage type washing-recirculation technologies is the application of highly effective detergents of “O- BIS” series and advanced equipment for own design.

 

Detergents of “O-BIS” series are notable for high washing effectiveness (96…98 %) with relatively low temperature of detergent (45…55 оС) and for its ability to extract the washed clean liquid hydrocarbon with low liquid-water content (up to 1.5%) on the surface within 10… 20 minutes after processing. Switch to blind drainage type washing-recirculation technologies ensures the significant economic, ecological and social effect, including:  

- Multiply reduction in the rate of consumption of energy resources, water and detergents;

- Multiply reduction in processing time;

- the closed system of the industrial water-use;

- improvement of sanitary working conditions.

The more positions in rail transportation is gaining implementation of “unmanned” technologies. The replacement of locomotive haul is of vital importance. Special attention is to be given to the designed by “CTG” specialists automated systems of displacement and positioning of railroad cars (ASDPC), providing with possibility to escape from problems and deficiencies of switching locomotives use on local, including blind, facilities.

Engineers of “CTG” have developed the line of ASDPC differing in characteristics, but serving the same purpose, providing with possibility:

• to considerably reduce operating costs; 
• to minimize the temporary expenditures for transportation  

 

The design of technological caps with washing  machines of different modifications, upper drain devices, pipes and air duct, etc., located there, is playing the important role for quality assurance, environmental safe and resource saving.  

For example, the designed technological cap КТ-04 with two fixed washing machines of different angles of coverage (180 and 360) of the washed surface and auxiliary drop for flange hemispheres washing. This cap designed with manual and automatic drive provides with possibility to discharge from the tank car boiler the above-level high-viscosity petroleum waste to the maximum effect and/or to perform the complete treatment of its internal surface. Increase in the operating pressure of the detergent up to 25… 30 atm. will considerably accelerate the washing process and improve its quality.
